CAREER DEVELOPMENT CENTRE (S-CDC)
An innovative, unique static Career Development Centre (CDC) built to provide a place where youth can find career, educational and support services with a capacity of approximately 5000 youth per month.
PORTABLE CAREER DEVELOPMENT CENTRE (P-CDC)
Transport and time can be challenging for schools – this innovative model takes the career development program directly to schools, within a branded vehicle, supported with accredited trained youth coaches/mentors. Career development now becomes accessible to a wider demographic of youth including those attending schools in remote areas.

CAREER DEVELOPMENT TRAINING INSTITUTE (CD-TI)
With a youth unemployment rate of over 55.2%, investment in career guidance and training, that translates into employment of young people in South Africa, is a necessity. The Career Development Training Institute (CD-TI) is the first of it’s kind to produce accredited career development coaches and facilitators in South Africa.
Our objective is to train unemployed youth graduates in career coaching (assessment, development, research, pathing and placement).
Our commitment is to build and cultivate a new career path for career coaches within the career development sector. These interns will support our schools and students and will be trained and accredited through the S-CDC and in partnership with our training partner as well as in partnership with SACDA, ensuring the ethical and professional standards within the career development sector are maintained. The value-add with this model is that it also provides a platform for international volunteers with foreign qualifications an opportunity to gain valuable work experience and for those who wish to be assigned a designation through a membership with SACDA. These volunteers will have access to an ad-hoc registration panel appointed by SACDA to consider their application through special requirements for foreign qualifications.
CAREER ASSESSMENTS (INTEREST-BASED)
These non-psychological, interest-based assessments are multi-faceted to help students engage in self-awareness. The carefully considered questions, delivered using either an online platform or an interactive one-on-one coaching session, are designed to guide which careers the student would be best suited for.
CAREER MATCHING & PATHING
By using self-reflective questions, learners are able to identify their abilities, interests and talents, aligning these to these to available occupations for effective career planning and goal setting. With the information available to the students, the ability to make informed decision just became a whole lot easier.
CAREER DEVELOPMENT
COACHING & MENTORSHIP
Now that the learner has an idea of their interests, the next phase is facilitating the process of decision making. Career mentors provide coaching on the various chosen careers and provide clarification on which avenues to explore. The importance is to have access to quality information about future study options, and opportunities, how it is they can achieve this and how to ultimately attain their goals.
CAREER TRAINING WORKSHOPS
Various workshops will be held regarding a specific field of study, aiming at linking students with individuals who are actively engaged in their chosen career in order to expand on knowledge sharing and potential for future employment.
These workshops will provide the learners with valuable insight into the working world,
